MEET SARAH
Welcome — I’m Sarah, a therapist with over twenty years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, from relationships and trauma to addiction and big transitions. My approach is direct but deeply compassionate, rooted in the belief that therapy should be honest, collaborative, and empowering. I draw from EMDR, attachment theory, and practical tools, and I’m influenced by the work of Terry Real, Esther Perel, the Gottmans, Brené Brown, Gabor Maté, and Stan Tatkin. My time as a probation officer shaped my no-nonsense style, while raising a blended family and doing my own therapeutic work taught me empathy and flexibility. Whether you're feeling stuck or facing something big, I’m here to walk alongside you with honesty, warmth, and respect.
